Membership Overview

Miles and Memories membership grants the member prepaid, ongoing access to a network of affiliated hotels and resorts for a period of 25 years from the date of activation, subject to the terms of the membership tier purchased.

Fees

The one-time joining fee and the annual maintenance fee are as specified for the membership tier selected at the time of enrolment. The annual maintenance fee is payable each year to keep the membership active.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability at the chosen property and must be made through the Miles and Memories travel desk. Some properties may levy an additional service or resort fee payable directly at the property.

Upgrades & Transfers

Members may request an upgrade to a higher tier by paying the applicable fee difference. Membership transfer to an immediate family member is permitted subject to a transfer fee and verification process.

Changes to the Network

The list of affiliated properties may change over time. Miles and Memories will make reasonable efforts to maintain a comparable network of properties throughout the membership term.
